Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at fahadsahi9900@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at fahadsahi9900@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened disposable product heads cannot be returned once used. Please check individual product listings for details.
